Reformer Pilates uses a spring-loaded machine to create resistance and support. It allows for a wider range of motion and can be more challenging or more supportive depending on the settings.

Yes! Our instructors are trained to work with a wide range of needs and can offer modifications to suit injuries, conditions, or post-rehabilitation goals. We always recommend checking with your doctor first and letting us know in advance so we can tailor the session to you.

Private sessions are one-on-one (or small groups you book together), offering personalized attention and a program tailored specifically to you. Group classes are still small and supportive, but follow a set flow with options for different levels.

No, classes do not roll over. Your class pack or membership allowance resets every 4 weeks, so use them within the cycle!

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early. If you're more than 5 minutes late, you may not be allowed to join for safety reasons.

Yes! Just cancel via your app or online account at least 24 hours before the class to avoid a no-show or late cancel fee.

Yes—with the right modifications. We have instructors experienced in pre- and postnatal Pilates and can adapt exercises to keep you moving safely and comfortably. Always check with your healthcare provider before starting or continuing exercise during pregnancy.
